The global mental health running group is free to attend and provides an opportunity to run and talk, free from judgement or competition – the group runs as slow as the slowest runner. Everyone meets up at Bar 1652, St Alban St, Weymouth DT4 8DJ at 6.30pm each Thursday evening for a quick introduction about the community of Run Talk Run, followed by a gentle 5K at 6.45pm. Afterwards, it’s back to Bar 1652 for a coffee and chat. Join Run Talk Run by downloading an app at www.runtalkrun.com (you must do this before attending a run).
