To participate in these, check that your care co-ordinator / or mental health worker has already referred you to the Community Resource Team. If you do not have a mental health worker, we have some projects that are open to all – see our “Other Programmes and Activities” page.

Please phone in at least two days in advance to confirm the activity and book your place.
