Wellbeing Weymouth & Portland is  the website for Weymouth & Portland Community Resource Team and its partners. The Community Resource Team is part of Weymouth & Portland Community Mental Health Team. If you are registered with the Community Mental Health Team, we can work with you to assess your needs and facilitate attendance at a wide range of social, vocational or educational activities based on your individual need, enabling you to access community resources which may aid recovery. This may include taking up hobbies and interests, meeting new people, sports, education, training, the arts, cultural or spiritual links or finding and maintaining employment.

By aiming to focus our work on you as an individual, we seek to empower and enable you on your Recovery journey, and help improve your quality of life. We have 3 main strands of our work. These are;  Individual Recovery and Activity plans, our Social Programme of activities and projects, and also the Employment Pathway.  For further information please have a look at the website and if you have any comments, questions, or ideas of activities you would like to see included, then please do get in touch.

If you would like to meet with one of our team to see what we can offer you, we will need a referral from your care coordinator or mental health keyworker. The Weymouth & Portland Community Resource Team Referral form can be downloaded here:  CRT Referral Form

Once we have received a Referral form, one of the team will contact you to arrange to meet with you to discuss how the Community Resource Team can meet your individual needs.
